Grasshopperpetsitters.com provides a hosting service for a person to display and market their services for pet owners. Grasshopperpetsitters.com does not own or claim to own any personal profile content or images uploaded by any individual to promote their service. It is up to the user to abide by this agreement and site guidelines. Grasshopperpetsitters.com uses a third party payment system and each user is responsible to review and abide by the rules of those systems.

2. You agree not to post any unlawful, fake, fraudulent, harmful, obscene, hateful, racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless grasshopperpetsitter.com, its affiliates and representatives against any claim, arising from any material that you publish. Although grasshopperpetsitter.com and its affiliates do from time to time monitor and review content published, it is not under any obligation to do so. grasshopperpetsitter.com reserves the right to change or modify profile information as needed without notice. You acknowledge grasshopperpetsitter.com and its affiliates do not control any of the information contained within profiles created, and the authors are solely liable for their content. grasshopperpetsitter.com and its affiliates reserve the right at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material, links, email addresses, images, and content submitted on feedback or profiles. grasshopperpetsitter.com has guidelines regarding posting appropriate images, email addresses, content and links. When clicking links to personal pages from grasshopperpetsitter.com all users of the system acknowledge that grasshopperpetsitter.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree not to post URL’s and other web links in any form, into your profile as links or text, which lead to adult sites or pay sites. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by grasshopperpetsitter.com , or the use of links or web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain profile types as determines by grasshopperpetsitter.com, may not be permitted within the profile or as an acceptable use of the personal home page link or as profile content. grasshopperpetsitter.com is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in profiles and remove those at its discretion, and without notice.

You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information within your profile, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of the poster. Note that once the search engines have cached a page it may remain on their servers for a considerable period of time.

7. As a member of grasshopperpetsitter.com you will be contacted by other persons seeking services from you, as well as occasional emails from grasshopperpetsitter.com.

8. grasshopperpetsitter.com is for use by members 18 years and over.

9. grasshopperpetsitter.com reserve the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.

10. grasshopperpetsitter.com may use any of the images a member submits for the homepage provided a link is placed to that members profile.

11. Your account: There is a monthly subscription fee to host your profile within the grasshopper pet sitters directory. The first payment is taken on the day you sign up, and each following subscription payment will be requested on the monthly anniversary of the initial payment. You may choose to cancel your account at any time, which in turn will cease any further payments to grasshopper pet sitters. If you cancel part way through an already subscribed month, no refund will be given for the remainder of that month. In the event of any technical difficulties arising within the website and your profile not being visible, a pro rata refund will be issued calculated on the amount of full days your profile was affected. Claims must be made within 7 days of the profile being affected, the case investigated and refunds processed within 14 days of the claim being arisen..

12. Violation of the above Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated. Terminated accounts will not have that months membership refunded.

13. Moderator and administrator decisions are final.
